C'mon Garth, Josi and Vlasic aren't going anywhere. You're dreaming, both of those players are too vital to their team's success.

Look further down the depth charts for younger players who haven't yet established their presence on these playoff-bound teams.

Kane should get the Sabres a nice return of up-and-coming talent.

Evander Kane = Better goal scorer than Ovechkin, Stamkos, Crosby, Perry, etc. Right...
Even any of those great players listed above aren't capable of getting that many goals per season all that often. I doubt Kane will even reach 50 in any season. Kane is having a nice, successful stretch of play this year, but don't get carried away by that. Players get hot and cold. Kane is on a hot streak, but it won't last a full season.

Suggesting he's more valuable than a top pair defender is just ridiculous.

21 goals in 48 games this season. He hit 30 goals once in his career. But he'll hit 50-60 goals next year. Seriously where do you get your weed?????
